Outdoor Living Space
Winners will get to have a custom-designed outdoor living space designed and installed by our in-house construction crew. The giveaway will cover up to $75,000.00 of expenses for your outdoor living space(labor and materials) which could be a deck, paver patio, fireplace, outdoor kitchen, pool, or any combination of these projects. Our team can help you stay within the $75k budget.

After winner announcement, we begin the design process ASAP, which will be similar to our approach with our online design customers. You'll get a complete design package before construction begins. The biggest difference being, we schedule an on site visit that must take place within 15 days of the winner announcement. We will travel to you as this will help us get the best measurements for an accurate design concept of your outdoor living project. We will also use this time to research the area for material suppliers, dump sites, and other info we may need/
Exceeding our $75k Budget
Larger, unique, and more complex projects may push us over the $75k budget, which is great but will change the process a bit. Designs over $150k will require a deposit for the additional work. For example, the project totals to $175k, a deposit of $12,500.00 would be required on day one of construction.
Financing
We do offer financing in the event a winner wants to increase their project size.
The minimum financing amount is $1k with a max of $100k

Under Budget?
Should your design come in under budget the difference will be paid out in cash. For example, project design totals to $50k, a cash sum for approximately $25k would be awarded.
Failure to Contact
If winner can't be reached or fails to contact us back will result in forfeiting the prize and a new winner will be selected. Please check, double check, even triple check your contact info.
