We were born from our parent company M.P.S. Outdoor Living. Which is a local design, build, and maitenance company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. We have been serving the area for over a decade and counting.

How Does The Design Work? Easy as 1..2...3....

Step 1
The first step along with your design consult is collecting pictures of the area you want to use(camera phone is perfect, no need for a fancy camera and a photoshoot).
​
If you have ideas for your space a basic sketch can be helpful.
An example is pictured to the right (or below for phone users)

We also use a satellite program (CAGIS) that gives us terrain & elevation data
​

Step 2- Description
A description of your project goals: wants and needs
​
Materials or products you like
If you don't know, don't worry! We can help with product selection.
​
Often times the initial consultation covers some or most details needed.
Step 3- Revisions
You'll get the first draft or rendering in a week or less. Larger projects may take longer.
The first draft is not considered the first rendering. Think of it as halfway point to check and make sure we are heading in the right direction
​
1 Revision is included with every design and after that $50 per revision. The average for our customers is 1-2 revisions.

Average local landscape designer Charges $800 for simple designs with no 3-D renderings and $2000 or more for outdoor living & landscapes with no 3-D renderings

Typically included in those prices is the initial design consult plus a 2-D Sketch & Blueprints to scale, which is great for a contractor but doesn't help you see your project.
​
That's why we specialize in 3-D design. Most people want to be able to see what their buying before the construction begins.
​
Pre-made designs are uniquely created and can be easily retrofitted to your home.
​
Designs come with a material estimate, measurements, plant list, and legend. The cost of pre-made design includes retrofitting and 1 revision.

Design Presentation + Benefits
All the revisions have been made and now you are ready for the final product, which will be sent via email.
​
We typically schedule a time to go over the material in-depth and answer any remaining questions you might have.
