How are entries submitted?
Entries are calculated upon checkout and double checked. You'll receive an email from us shortly after checkout (up to 24hrs) with you total amount of entries. Once submitted they can't be changed and your products can't be returned.
How do i know if i won?
We will NOT contact you on social media. You will be contacted via phone and/or email that you provided upon checkout/entry form.

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
Don't worry, send us an email at email@example.com with your situation and we will get it taken care of immediately. Time is of the essence here so please do so ASAP for quickest delivery.
How long till i get my shipment?
Please allow 5 to 10 days for your order to be processed and delivered. Due to Covid 19 longer times are possible. We appreciate your patience!
What if i ordered the wrong size? Or want to exchange
If you ordered the wrong size, you can exchange it for another size as long as it is unused, unworn, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for shipping it to CryptoScapes Outdoor Living LLC and any shipping charges associated with shipping. Exchange can be for a product of equal value or greater value and the customer pays the difference. Can not be exchanged for product of lesser value as entries can not be recinded.
What about Returns?
Unfortunately, at this time we can not allow refunds for products as these are also entries into the CSE Giveaway and cannot be recinded after product purchase. IF the product you purchased is unused, unworn, and unwashed; you may exchange it for a product of equal value.
